Sunset Valley is equipped with everything you would ever need to ensure you have a relaxing and stress- free holiday.  Please note, that you are not renting an agency villa, or a buy-to-rent property with cheap furniture. This is our home, which we just happen to rent out to clients when we are not using it.   Consequently, the villa is extremely well equipped, including:

• Remote controlled air-conditioning and emergency lighting in all rooms

• Large overflow private swimming pool, including a large selection of pool toys

• Satellite TV system with a large selection of channels including News, Kids, Movies, Documentaries, and many more

• DVD Player with large selection of adults and childrens movies

• Modern, open-plan kitchen and dining area with stainless steel Bosch appliances, including large American fridge/freezer with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and water cooler

• Generous selection of towels and beach towels

• Clothes horse, Ironing board, steam iron

• Sun loungers, sun shades and outside dining table for 6 people

• Large terracing all around villa, includng a 180° degree panoramic terrace from the upstairs master bedroom

• Gas BBQ
