The villa sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms.  

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, a hair dryer and a large terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views. 

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a hair dryer and a small terrace with mountain views. 

Bedroom 3 has twin beds ( that can convert to a double) and fitted wardrobes.

A child's cot can be provided.

As well as having a large 6-seater dining table in the open plan living space, the villa also has an equivalent 6-seater outdoor dining area under the shaded wrap-around patio, ideal for lunch or watching the sunset in the evening, 

In addition, the villa also has two additional 4-seater dining tables plus a large gas BBQ and a small charcoal BBQ.

A child's highchair can be provided.

The villa has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen that includes:

plus a large selection of cooking and dining utensils 

The villa is equipped with internet-access and a 50" Samsung curved TV with an Amazon Firestick to access all your favourites movies and TV shows.

Music is provided by two Sonos One players providing fantastic sound. Simply install the Sonos app on your smartphone and link to the villa Sonos system to play any music from your phone. There is also a CD player, DVD player and over 100 movies.

A selection of books will help you while away the hours by the pool, plus there is a selection of board games for adults and children alike.

The villa has private off-road parking and private gardens which are maintained all year round for you to relax in the flora and fauna of North Cyprus.

The private pool is maintained twice per week in the summer season with roman steps for easy access and LED lights for evening swims.

The villa has a large wrap-around balcony that provides 360 degree views of the sea and the mountains.

The villa also has a large secure terrace with plenty of room for al-fresco dining using the provided tables and chairs.  Great to watch the sun go down.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and no smoking is allowed inside.

All terraces off the Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Room are fully enclosed by railings and can be made secure and safe for small children to keep them well away from the swimming pool.  

A generous selection of towels and beach towels are provided as is a complimentary welcome pack. 

The villa is self-catering but a mid stay clean and change of towels and linen are available on request (for a small fee )and complimentary for stays of 3 weeks or more. 

The villa is wheelchair inaccessible.
